Not understanding the end goal? Seems like a lot of work for a RW wannabe dictator to maybe fire some generals and bureaucrats and cancel some DEI contracts? Need some specifics on how this new power would be leveraged if successful. Or is power itself the end goal?

In two words, imagine the resources of modern America at the command of a state as efficient and unified as that of Singapore. What would life be like in such a state? What could it do? What COULDN'T it do?
Baruch, there is a cultural difference that doesn't exist in the US anymore. Singapore is a multi-generational mix of Chinese, Indian, and other groups that all emphasize education and advancement. They're culturally down with 8,10,12 hour days of school in relevant topics.
What does the US have? A bunch of burnouts, the fat and lazy 3rd and 4th generations of the last people who fled broken Europe and elsewhere to make something of themselves. A bunch of people that don't want truth and reality and find it mind-numbing to know basic geography, history, and other topics. They sit in front of their TVs with their ipods in hand or their android phones, telling themselves they're smarter than the self-sufficient rural types who have practical life skills. Those are even in short supply these days.
Singapore has a destination: forward and upward.
America, and arguably Israel, has a different destination: avoidance of greatness at all costs.
Europe has another different destination: avoidance of shame by nihilistic self-destruction via the most destructive path of "not being racist anymore".
Singapore wasn't always Singapore. It used to be Malaysia. It became Singapore only due to the efforts of one great man who used his vision and near absolute power to build effective state institutions whose purpose was to improve the quality of life and governance of the people they served. In this endeavor, he replied on a minority of quality people, and in the process improved the quality of the rest. Unfortunately, Singapore will not be Singapore for much longer, due to the failure of Lee Quan Yew to understand the significance of fertility and its causes.
America has tens of millions of high quality people and hundreds of millions whose quality can be significantly improved through effective, responsible governance. What stands between it and that governance are its existing institutions, which can not be repaired-only replaced.
The differences are population density and that the urban working class is a lot faster to break rules that don’t matter, other than that no labels of race, ethnicity etc will WORK on them, instead the dominant masculine culture will prevail. I came from redneck, was both office and working class, return to redneck home and do remote office tech.
The dominant rural culture is Scotch Irish (see BraveHeart) and the Dominant urban culture is a mix of Archie Bunker meets the ethnics (including the Hispanics aka the new Italian Americans) and they work it out.
Racism in the working class is men busting each other’s balls, then uniting when needed.
